Scattered showers with isolated thunderstorms will continue to move northeast over Southwest and a portion of Central Montana this afternoon. These thunderstorms have a history of mostly 35 to 45 mph wind gusts, but some storms have produced gusts between 50 and 55 mph. Brief periods of heavy rain and mainly mountain snow are also possible, with localized accumulations of 1 to 3 inches in the mountains. Graupel and/or small hail is also possible from stronger storms. $$
