moving east at 45 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm.

Havelock, Morehead City, South River, Merrimon, Harlowe, Great Neck,
Janeiro, Open Grounds Farm, North Harlowe, Cherry Branch Ferry
Terminal, Minnesott Beach Ferry and Minnesott Beach.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
