...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog with visibilities of a quarter mile or less was
occurring across portions of eastern North Carolina this morning
from near Jacksonville to Kinston. 

When driving through fog this morning, slow down and leave plenty
of braking distance between you and the vehicle ahead of you. In 
addition, use low beam headlights and allow extra driving time to 
reach your destination. the fog will dissipate shortly after 8 AM.
