...PATCHY DENSE FOG IN NORTHERN NORTH DAKOTA INTO THE JAMES RIVER
VALLEY THIS MORNING...

Patchy dense fog will occasionally reduce the visibility down to 
one quarter mile at times in parts of northern North Dakota into
the James River Valley this morning. Motorists should be prepared
for rapidly changing visibilities, and should use extra caution 
traveling. Use low beam headlights and be extra cautious at 
stopped school buses, intersections, and railroad crossings.

The fog will dissipate by mid morning.
