...Strong gusty winds through this evening...

Winds behind a departing low pressure system will be quite gusty
through this evening before diminishing later tonight. Northwest 
winds may gust 45 to 55 mph or higher. Tree branches may be blown 
on to power lines with isolated power outages possible. Driving 
may be difficult especially for high profile vehicles.
