THURSTON...BURT...PLATTE...BUTLER...WASHINGTON...COLFAX...CUMING...
AND DODGE COUNTIES...

HAZARDS...An area of snow accompanied by wind gusts of 40 to 50 mph 
will rapidly reduce visibility to one half mile, along with a quick 
dusting on roadways. The worst conditions should last less than 1 
hour at any given location. 

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT...At 507 PM CST, an area of heavy snow was
along a line extending from 4 miles northeast of Macy to 4 miles
southwest of David City and moving southeast at 30 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
Fremont, Columbus, West Point, David City, Tekamah, Schuyler, Onawa,
Oakland, North Bend, Pender, Scribner, Lyons, Hooper, Walthill,
Winnebago, Whiting, Beemer, Dodge, Cedar Bluffs, and Howells.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 105 and 125.
