At 140 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles east of Moriarty, moving northeast at 30 mph.

Half inch hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Heavy rain and frequent and dangerous cloud to ground lightning will
also be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Moriarty and Clines Corners. 

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 199 and 223.
 Highway 285 between Mile Markers 248 and 266.
