At 323 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11
miles southeast of Tecolote, or 16 miles southeast of Las Vegas,
moving northeast at 35 mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Heavy rain and frequent and dangerous cloud to ground lightning will
also be possible with this storm.
