At 232 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 18
miles west of Pastura, or 18 miles north of Vaughn, moving north at
40 mph.

Penny size hail and winds in excess of 40 mph will be possible with
this storm.

Heavy rain and frequent and dangerous cloud to ground lightning will
also be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Pintada and Milagro. 

This includes Interstate 40 between Mile Markers 236 and 256.
