...Moderately Heavy Rain at Times Afternoon...

A swath of steady rain will be found over the western counties for
much of the rest of the afternoon. The rain will be moderately
heavy at times with most areas picking up a half to one inch in
area rain gages. This will lead to ponding on area roadways and
possibly some poor drainage flooding.

The rain will taper off somewhat from the south as we work 
through the afternoon. Temperatures will remain in the low to mid 
40s.
