Patchy dense fog is being observed across the Lower Hudson 
Valley, portions of northeast NJ and portions of southern CT. The
dense fog is expected to remain patchy and lift by 9 AM.

Use caution if traveling this morning. Use low-beam headlights and
leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of
you.
