...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of Franklin,
southeastern Stephens, Hart, northwestern Anderson, southwestern
Pickens and southeastern Oconee Counties through 845 AM EDT...

At 813 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles north of Clemson to 12 miles east of
Toccoa to 4 miles south of Carnesville. Movement was northeast at 20
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Clemson, Seneca, Hartwell, Walhalla, Carnesville, Central, Pendleton,
Royston, Westminster and Reed Creek.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
