...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of northwestern Elbert,
Hart, central Greenville, Anderson, central Pickens and southeastern
Oconee Counties through 915 AM EDT...

At 843 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 4 miles north of Easley to 6 miles southeast of
Seneca to 8 miles southwest of Hartwell. Movement was northeast at 50
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Greenville Downtown, Anderson, Easley, Clemson, Hartwell, Pickens,
Elberton, West Greenville, Berea and Welcome.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
