At 155 PM MDT/255 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong
thunderstorm 3 miles southwest of Belvidere, or 9 miles east of
Kadoka, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
