Duchesne County through 830 PM MDT...

At 802 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles northeast of Duchesne, moving northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated. 

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. 

Locations impacted include...
Duchesne, Starvation Reservoir, Altamont, Upalco, Mountain Home,
Arcadia, Neola, Talmage, Altonah, Cedarview and Utahn.

This includes the following highways...
 US Route 40 between mile markers 83 and 92.
