...AREAS OF FOG EARLY THIS MORNING ACROSS THE CENTRAL VIRGINIA
PIEDMONT...

Fog has developed across the piedmont early this morning, and will
be locally dense through at least sunrise. Visibilities will
average between one quarter to one half mile.

Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to
the areas of dense fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam
headlights only.
