...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR WEST CENTRAL FERRY AND
NORTHEASTERN OKANOGAN COUNTIES UNTIL 930 PM PDT...

At 810 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 17 miles northwest of Omak to near Nespelem
Community. Movement was northeast at 20 mph.

Half inch hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with 
these storms. Spotters have also reported some damage to small 
structures and tree limbs and small trees.

Locations impacted include...
Omak, Okanogan, Tonasket, North Omak, Riverside, Conconully,
Disautel, Salmon Meadows Campground, Loomis, Alder Campground,
Ellisforde and Synarep.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
