...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT FLORENCE COUNTY THROUGH 900 PM
CDT...

At 812 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Fern, or 19 miles west of Iron Mountain, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Florence, Homestead, Fern, Commonwealth, Fence, West Bass Lake
Campground, Lasalle Falls, Spread Eagle, and Morgan Lake Campground.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
