...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA 
AND WEST-CENTRAL WISCONSIN THROUGH 445 PM CDT...

At 406 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Durand to near Elgin to near Alden.
Movement was east southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated. Several weather stations have gusted over 
         40 mph with these storms.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Rochester, Winona, Austin, Mondovi, Dodge Center, Wabasha,
Mantorville, Alma, Buffalo, Kasson, Stewartville, Byron, Goodview,
St. Charles, Plainview, Chatfield, Eyota, Lewiston, Hayfield, and
Oronoco.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 175 and
239.
