* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northern Lee County in eastern Arkansas...
  Western Craighead County in eastern Arkansas...
  St. Francis County in eastern Arkansas...
  Western Poinsett County in eastern Arkansas...
  Cross County in eastern Arkansas...

* Until 100 PM CDT.

* At 1206 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Pleasant Plains to near Augusta to near Peppers
  Landing, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect considerable 
           tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to mobile homes, 
           roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Garret Grove, Cottonwood Corner, Valley View, Fitzgerald Crossing,
  Wheatley, New Castle, Brushy Lake, Round Pond, McElroy, Craighead
  Forest Park, Bay Village, Cherry Valley, Ball Point, Tongin, Pitts,
  Gill, Lake Poinsett State Park, Hawkins, River Front, and
  Pittinger.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
storm shelter or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for eastern
Arkansas.
