* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Cook County in south central Georgia...
  Irwin County in south central Georgia...
  Berrien County in south central Georgia...
  Southern Ben Hill County in south central Georgia...

* Until 815 AM EDT.

* At 645 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 8 miles northeast of Ty Ty to Pelham, moving east at
  40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Fitzgerald, Nashville, Adel, Ocilla, Sparks, Enigma, Ray City,
  Lenox, Alapaha, Mystic, Cecil, New Lois, Gladys, Massee,
  Osierfield, Greggs, Glory, Flat Ford, Waterloo, and Pinetta.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service
office in Tallahassee.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 AM EDT for south central
Georgia. A Tornado Watch also remains in effect until 100 PM EDT for
south central Georgia.
