* At 418 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 4 miles southwest
  of Walhalla, or near Westminster, moving southeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
