  Western Carroll County in northwestern Illinois...
  Southeastern Jackson County in east central Iowa...
  Northeastern Scott County in east central Iowa...
  Eastern Clinton County in east central Iowa...

* Until 730 PM CDT.

* At 641 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Low Moor, or
  near Clinton, moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Clinton, Camanche, Fulton, Savanna, Garden Plain, Fairhaven,
  Albany, Princeton, Cordova, Sabula, Miles, McCausland, Low Moor,
  Andover, East Clinton, Argo Fay, Union Grove, Ustick, Thomson, and
  Goose Lake.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
sturdy building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 800 PM CDT for northwestern
