  East central Onslow County in eastern North Carolina...
  Southwestern Carteret County in eastern North Carolina...

* Until 645 PM EDT.

* At 556 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Swansboro, or
  10 miles southeast of Piney Green, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Morehead City, Stella, Swansboro, Hubert, Cape Carteret, Pine Knoll
  Shores, Silverdale, Broad Creek, Kuhns, Peletier, Bogue, Hammocks
  Beach, Bogue Inlet Pier, Hammocks Beach State Park, Cedar Point,
  and Indian Beach.
