  Northwestern Polk County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Northwestern Pennington County in northwestern Minnesota...
  Northeastern Grand Forks County in northeastern North Dakota...

* Until 115 AM CDT.

* At 1233 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Manvel to 7 miles north of East Grand Forks to
  near Merrifield, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  THESE ARE DESTRUCTIVE STORMS FOR THE GREATER GRAND FORKS AREA.

  HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect 
           considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles. 
           Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Grand Forks, East Grand Forks, Grand Forks AFB, Warren, Argyle,
  Emerado and Alvarado.

This includes Interstate 29 between mile markers 132 and 160.
