* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 243 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Watertown,
  moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Watertown, Fort Drum, Carthage, West Carthage, Herrings, Redwood,
  Black River, Philadelphia, Theresa, and Copenhagen.

This includes Interstate 81 near exit 48.
