* Until 400 AM EDT.

* At 317 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Westmont,
  moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Johnstown, Westmont, Windber, Ebensburg, Belmont, Nanty-Glo,
  Portage, Geistown, Southmont, Cresson, Gallitzin, and Vinco.

Radar has indicated rotation within this severe thunderstorm.
Although a tornado is not immediately likely, tornadoes can develop
quickly during severe thunderstorms.

This includes The Pennsylvania Turnpike from mile markers 100 to 105.
