  Northwestern Putnam County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 415 PM CDT.

* At 338 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Gordonsville,
  or near Carthage, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Cookeville, Carthage, Baxter, Gordonsville, South Carthage,
  Granville, and Cummins Falls State Park.

This includes Interstate 40 between mile markers 258 and 264, and
between mile markers 279 and 285.
