* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northern Franklin County in northeastern Texas...
  Northwestern Titus County in northeastern Texas...
  Red River County in northeastern Texas...

* Until 330 PM CDT.

* At 242 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles east of
  Cooper Lake State Park, or 11 miles northeast of Sulphur Springs,
  moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage 
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Detroit, Clarksville, Talco, Negley, Cuthand, Annona, Woodland,
  Redland, Hagansport, Silver City, English, Bagwell, Kanawha,
  Bogata, Manchester, Kiomatia, Johntown, Albion, Bryarly, and
  Deport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for southeastern
Oklahoma...and northeastern Texas.
