The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Western Washington County in north central Maryland... 
  Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 600 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Hancock to near Paw Paw, moving northeast at 10
  mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches 
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as 
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by 
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible. 
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hancock, Paw Paw, Greenwood, Berkeley Springs, Great Cacapon,
  Pecktonville, Johnsons Mill, Valley View, Fishers Bridge, Spohrs
  Crossroads, Oakland, Rock Gap, Smith Crossroads, Unger, New Hope,
  Shady Grove, Cherry Run, Omps, Spruce Pine Hollow, and Magnolia.
