* Until 645 PM EST.
    
* At 607 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Oviedo, moving northeast at 75 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Oviedo, Winter Springs, and Bithlo around 610 PM EST.
  Scottsmoor and Mims around 620 PM EST.
  Haulover Canal around 630 PM EST.
