  East central Baker County in northeastern Florida...
  Southeastern Charlton County in southeastern Georgia...

* Until 415 PM EST.
    
* At 351 PM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Macclenny, or 20 miles southwest of Callahan,
  moving north at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
