The National Weather Service in Tallahassee has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  North central Henry County in southeastern Alabama...
  Northwestern Clay County in southwestern Georgia...
  Western Quitman County in southwestern Georgia...

* Until 315 AM EST/215 AM CST/.
    
* At 250 AM EST/150 AM CST/, a tornado producing storm was located
  near Richards Crossroads, or 11 miles north of Abbeville, moving
  northeast at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  north central Henry, northwestern Clay and western Quitman
  Counties, including the following locations... Days Crossroads,
  Wire Bridge, Bonapartes Retreat, Standleys Store, Watson
  Crossroads, Scottsboro Crossroads, Double Bridges, Moores
  Crossroads, Crossroads, and Ricks Place.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
