  Burke County in east central Georgia...
  Southeastern Richmond County in east central Georgia...

* Until 515 AM EDT.
    
* At 440 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Wadley, or near Louisville, moving northeast at 55
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Gough around 450 AM EDT.
  Waynesboro and Burke County Airport around 505 AM EDT.
  Alexander around 510 AM EDT.
  Plant Vogtle around 515 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Shell

Mill and Rosier.
