  East central Coles County in east central Illinois...
  Northern Edgar County in east central Illinois...
  Southeastern Vermilion County in east central Illinois...
  East central Douglas County in east central Illinois...

* Until 1100 PM CST.
    
* At 1025 PM CST, a tornado producing storm was located near Brocton,
  or 15 miles west of Paris, moving northeast at 70 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Hume around 1035 PM CST.
  Chrisman around 1040 PM CST.
  Ridge Farm around 1045 PM CST.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.

Tornadoes are extremely difficult to see and confirm at night. Do not
wait to see or hear the tornado. TAKE COVER NOW!
