  Northeastern Harlan County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Central Letcher County in southeastern Kentucky...
  Southwestern Pike County in southeastern Kentucky...

* Until 845 PM EDT.
    
* At 756 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Maggard, or 7 miles southwest of Whitesburg,
  moving northeast at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
