  Southern Concordia Parish in northeastern Louisiana...
  Southern Adams County in southwestern Mississippi...

* Until 830 PM CST.
    
* At 734 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Black Hawk, or 14 miles east of Bordelonville,
  moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
