* Tornado Warning for...
  Northern Oxford County in western Maine...
  West central Franklin County in western Maine...

* Until 800 PM EDT.
    
* At 731 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Rangeley, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Rangeley around 740 PM EDT.
  Kingfield and Phillips around 800 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Adamstown, Mount Abram, Sandy River Plantation, Madrid, Salem, Dallas
Plantation, Redington, Rangeley Plantation, Lower Cupsuptic and
Davis.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

This cluster of thunderstorms is capable of producing tornadoes and
widespread significant wind damage. Do not wait to see or hear the
