The National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Bay County in southeastern Michigan...
  Southeastern Midland County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 400 PM EDT.
    
* At 307 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Sanford, moving east at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Auburn around 320 PM EDT.
  Bay City, Kawkawlin and Linwood around 330 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Averill, Gordonville, Crump, Poseyville, Willard, Bay City State
Recreation Area and Bombay.

This includes the following highways...
 I-75 between mile markers 163 and 178.
 US-10 between mile markers 113 and 139.
