  Southeastern Genesee County in southeastern Michigan...

* Until 200 AM EST.

* At 113 AM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Grand Blanc, moving northeast at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Grand Blanc, Davison, Burton, and Goodrich around 120 AM EST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Atlas
and Rankin.
