  North central Benton County in central Minnesota...
  Southeastern Morrison County in central Minnesota...

* Until 815 PM CDT.
    
* At 755 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles northeast of Rice, or 16 miles north of St.
  Cloud, moving north at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 
           damage is likely.
