The National Weather Service in La Crosse has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Winona County in southeastern Minnesota...
  Southeastern Olmsted County in southeastern Minnesota...
  Northern Fillmore County in southeastern Minnesota...

* Until midnight CDT.
    
* At 1123 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Fountain, or 8 miles northwest of Preston,
  moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Rushford and Lewiston around 1145 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Saratoga, County Roads 6 And 33, Old Barn Campground, Isinours,
Fillmore, Highway 30 And County 74 and Utica.

This includes Interstate 90 in Minnesota between mile markers 235 and
245.
