  Northeastern Kearney County in south central Nebraska...
  Southeastern Buffalo County in south central Nebraska...
  Southwestern Hall County in south central Nebraska...

* Until 300 AM CDT.

* At 236 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Heartwell, or 13 miles southeast of Kearney,
  moving northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Gibbon and Shelton around 250 AM CDT.

This includes Interstate 80 between mile markers 280 and 306.
