The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Harrison County in east central Ohio...
  Southwestern Jefferson County in east central Ohio...
  Southeastern Carroll County in east central Ohio...

* Until 545 PM EDT.

* At 514 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 10 miles east of Dennison, or 11 miles south of
  Carrollton, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Harrison, southwestern Jefferson and southeastern
  Carroll Counties, including the following locations... Leesville,
  Scio, Jewett, Amsterdam, Bowerston, Unionport, Hopedale, Kilgore,
  and Leesville Lake Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
