  Northeastern Allen County in northeastern Indiana...
  Central Defiance County in northwestern Ohio...
  Northwestern Paulding County in west central Ohio...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.
    
* At 1141 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Woodburn, or 7 miles southwest of
  Hicksville, moving northeast at 75 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Hicksville around 1145 PM EDT.
  Defiance around 1200 AM EDT.
