The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southern Shelby County in west central Ohio...
  Northern Miami County in west central Ohio...

* Until 915 PM EDT.

* At 850 PM EDT, a tornado-producing storm was located over Bradford,
  moving east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar confirmed tornado. Radar shows tornado debris in 
           the air.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Troy, Piqua, Covington, Pleasant Hill, Fletcher, Casstown,
  Lockington, Polo, Farrington, Haven View, Ballou, and Plattsville.

This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 73 and 89.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

To repeat, a tornado is on the ground. TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a
basement or an interior room on the lowest floor of a sturdy
building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in
a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect
yourself from flying debris.
