The National Weather Service in Northern Indiana has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Van Wert County in west central Ohio...
  Allen County in west central Ohio...

* Until 115 AM EDT.
    
* At 1252 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Spencerville In Allen County, or 7 miles
  north of St. Marys, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Elida around 105 AM EDT.
  Lima and Fort Shawnee around 110 AM EDT.

This includes Interstate 75 between mile markers 119 and 141.
