* Tornado Warning for portions of...
  Charleston County in southeastern South Carolina...

* Until 1145 AM EST.
    
* At 1121 AM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Cape Romain, moving north at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include:
  Cape Romain, Santee Coastal Reserve, Cape Island, and Lighthouse
  Island.
