  West central Georgetown County in northeastern South Carolina...
  Southwestern Williamsburg County in northeastern South Carolina...

* Until 730 PM EDT.

* At 703 PM EDT, law enforcement confirmed a tornado located near 
  Russellville, or 16 miles northeast of Moncks Corner, moving 
  southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

  SOURCE...Law enforcement confirmed tornado.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
