  Southwestern Minnehaha County in southeastern South Dakota...
  Southeastern McCook County in southeastern South Dakota...
  Northern Turner County in southeastern South Dakota...
  Northeastern Hutchinson County in southeastern South Dakota...

* Until 715 PM CDT.
    
* At 644 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Freeman, or 12 miles west of Parker, moving
  northeast at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Parker, Marion, Monroe, and Dolton around 650 PM CDT.
  Lake Vermillion State Recreation Area and Canistota around 655 PM 
  CDT.
